I am opening Sadhana Yoga Studio in Tavistock in September 2008.
My yoga classes will then run Monday to Saturday
+ some Sunday yoga workshops with visiting teachers.

Thursday Afternoons
14.30 - 16.00
  • Runs continuously throughout the year in block of 10 weeks at a time.
  • There is a range of age and experience in the class, leading to a lovely interaction bewteen students.
  • All postures and practices can be modified to suit individual's fitness levels abilities and experience.
Whitchurch Village Hall
Saturday Mornings
10.00 - 11.30
  • Runs continuously throughout the year in block of 2 calendar months at a time.
  • Most students in this class have been with me for some time but some are relatively new.
  • There is a range of age and experience in the class, leading to a lovely interaction bewteen students.
  • All postures and practices can be modified to suit individual's fitness levels abilities and experience.

Classes cost £6.00 per class if you book and pay for a block of classes at a time;
or £7.50 per class if you prefer to pay and attend on an occasional, drop-in, basis.

New students are welcome to join part-way through a term.
I will ensure that you get all the teaching you need to do each posture, whatever your previous experience.
(The long-standing students are always happy for an excuse to have a reminder of what they have forgotten!)
