Individual Yoga Tuition & Yoga Therapy
Sessions are generally 60-90 minutes long to allow for a mix of Asanas (postures),
Pranayama (breathing practices) and a relaxation practice.
Sessions are tailored to meet your needs or goals:

sports training
Sessions can be a one-off or a regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly event.
I charge £30 per hour, though may occasionally need to charge extra to cover the cost of travelling.
