  4. I do collect your e-mail address when you register to receive my newsletter email.  If you wish to stop receiving my newsletter, you can do so at any time by sending an email with ‘Unsubscribe' in the subject line to unsubscribe@doitwithyoga.co.uk.

  5. Apart from the uses described in paragraph 4 above, the only circumstances in which I would disclose any of this information to any third party is if I am required to do so by any regulatory or judicial authority.

  6. My site may sometimes contain links to third party websites that are not subject to this privacy policy.  I recommend that you read the privacy policy of any such websites that you visit.

I use reasonable precautions to keep the information disclosed to me secure.   However, I cannot guarantee the security of the information that you disclose to me.  You accept the inherent risks of providing information and dealing on-line and will not hold me responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to my negligence or wilful default.

This policy is effective from 14th February 2008 and replaces with immediate effect the policy previously published.  I may, from time to time, make changes to this privacy policy to reflect any changes to my privacy practices in accordance with changes to legislation, best practice or website enhancements.  I will let you know what these changes are by posting them to this page, but it is your responsibility as a user to make sure that you are aware of them, by checking for any changes on a regular basis.  Changes will become effective as soon as they are posted.
